Please print and sign the Release of Liability Form and present it at the registration table the day of the tournament. You can also scan the signed document and email it to brianna@jrgrappling.com, please include the Name and Date of the tournament on the form or in the subject line.

Please check your inboxes or spam folders for confirmation emails. If you do not receive these emails please let us know.

NOTE: Registration is not complete until payment has been made either via PayPal on the next page, or over the phone at 703-853-3770 after completing Steps 1-3.

Pricing

Pricing is for each participant. At the door: CASH ONLY.

  1 Division 2-6 Divisions
Pre-registration (Deadline: 02/11/2012) $70 $90
At the door & post-deadline $80 $100

Spectators $10 at the door
Coaches 1 Free coach per 5 competitors per school
Under 6 years old Free

Registration

Step 1: Fill out your information.
Step 2: Select the Number of Participants you're registering and complete the information for each grappler.
Step 3: Click Continue and verify the information is correct on the next page.
Step 4: On the next page, click Add to Cart for each participant. This will open a new window to the PayPal website.
Step 5: After each participant is added to your PayPal cart, payment can be made through PayPal. A PayPal account is not required. You can also pay over the phone at 703-853-3770.
